POTATO-BEAN SALAD 
1 lb. new potatoes, unpeeled & sliced
1/2 lb. wax beans, cut in half
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 c. thin sliced green onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In large pan steam potatoes and beans for 10 minutes. In skillet heat oil, saute sesame for 1 minute. Stir in onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and beans. Toss. Serves 4 - warm or cold.
