CORN BREAD | |
1 c. cornmeal 1 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar 4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 egg 1/4 c. shortening Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg and shortening. Beat about 1 minute. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
