STUFFED CELERY 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 1/2 oz. chopped ripe olives (1 can)
2 tbsp. minced green onion and tops
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Blend ingredients well and stuff celery, cut into 2 inch stalks. Chill for several hours.
