STRAWBERRY PUDDING | |
2 boxes vanilla wafers 2 sm. pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream 1 c. milk 2 (16 oz.) cartons frozen strawberries 2 sm. pkgs. wild strawberry flavor Jello Line 9 x 13 inch pan with vanilla wafers. In large mixing bowl, mix milk and both packages of pudding. Add Cool Whip and sour cream. Mix well. In large pot, on medium heat, defrost strawberries and add both packages of Jello. Stir well. Put layer of Cool Whip mixture on top of vanilla wafers in pan. Next, add layer of strawberries, then wafers, then Cool Whip. Repeat layers until all mixtures are used - Cool Whip mixture should be last layer. Use remaining vanilla wafers by inserting them around the sides of pan. Cover pan and chill at least 6 hours before serving. |
