HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. finely ground green pepper
1/4 c. finely ground hot red chili pepper or jalapeno pepper (wear rubber gloves)
6 oz. bottle Certo
1 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
Few drops green or red food coloring

Combine pepper, vinegar and bring to a boil. Add Certo and bring back to a boiling for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add a few drops of food coloring. Turn stove off and continue to stir for several minutes. Seal in hot sterilized jars and lids. Good with cream cheese and crackers.
