CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. sweet whipped cream or whipped topping
1 ready made pie crust

In medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over milk; let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Add chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla with wire whip or beater. Beat mixture until chocolate is blended. Pour into large bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into prepared crust and chill until firm. Garnish, if desired, with additional whipped cream and chopped nuts. Makes about 8 servings.
