BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 - 2 1/2 lb. round steak
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. water
4 oz. sour cream
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag egg noodles

Cut round steak into 1" pieces and flour in salt, pepper and flour mixture. Melt butter in skillet and brown meat. Add onions until tender. Add water and cream of chicken soup. Cook, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours. Low heat. Stir in sour cream. Cook noodles according to package. Mix together and serve.
