BEST PORK CHOPS 
4 or 6 pork chops
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces
1 c. beer
2 tbsp. onion soup mix

Brown pork chops on both sides in butter. Lower heat and add soup, mushrooms, drained, beer and onion soup mix. Simmer chops and sauce over low heat for about 1 hour. Serve with rice.
