BISCUIT TOPPED BEEF PIE 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sliced onion
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and paprika. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add milk and mix until blended.

Brown meat and onion together. Add soup and heat about 2 minutes. Put into a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Drop biscuit mixture over top. Bake at 425 degrees about 20 minutes. Serves 6.
