HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. French fried onions
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can biscuits

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown hamburger; drain fat. Add the onions, soup and sour cream. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Cut biscuits in half and arrange on top in a circle, cut side down. Place a few onions on top. Make topping and pour over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
