3 CHEESE 'N BEEF CASSEROLE 
8 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 (10 count) can refrigerator biscuits

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large skillet, brown beef and drain. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic powder, ground oregano, basil, pepper, and 1 1/2 cups water. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Combine Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, parsley flakes, and minced onion. Separate biscuits and press each in a 4 inch circle. Place 2 tablespoons cheese mixture on each; fold dough over filling and seal edge with a fork. Pour hot mixture into a greased baking dish and arrange filled biscuits on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
