BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. beef 1 c. chopped onion 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup 1/4 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. ketchup 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 can refrigerator biscuits Brown beef and onions, drain; soften cream cheese, soup and milk. Add salt and ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef and onion; mix well. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Then place biscuits on top and continue to bake for 15-20 minutes. |
