CHOCOLATE CRUMB COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. low fat buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, combine flours and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Set aside one cup of mixture to use as topping.

To remaining mixture, add cinnamon, cocoa, nutmeg, salt, raisins, and cloves. Mix together the buttermilk, soda, and baking powder; add to flour-spice mixture. Pour into an oiled and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle on reserved topping.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Cut into 18 squares. Yield: 18. Per serving: Calories 200.
