BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli, cleaned and cut into bite size pieces
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Toss broccoli, onion, bacon bits and cheese together; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
