MARINADE FOR CHICKEN 
1 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Combine juice and pulp of 1 lemon with 1 clove minced garlic, and 1 tsp. dried oregano, Add 1 pound, skinless, boneless chicken breasts and marinade 1 hour. Or for Veggies: whisk 2 tbsp. herb vinegar, with 1/2 tsp. coarse prepared mustard and some coarsed black pepper. Add 1 lb. slightly steamed veggies (beans and new potatoes).
