MINIATURE MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. Quaker or Mother's Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1/2 tsp. salt
12 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. milk

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

For meatballs, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape to form 1 inch meatballs.

Pan-fry in small amount of shortening in large skillet until desired doneness. Insert a toothpick in each meatball. Place in chafing dish. Dip meatballs into hot sauce made by combining and heating all sauce ingredients.

Makes 6 dozen.
