1/2 c. shortening
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

In saucepan, melt shortening, butter, cocoa, and water. Bring to boil. Combine sugar, flour, soda in mixing bowl. Pour cocoa and water mix over flour and sugar mix, add remaining ingredients. Bake in large flat pan or cookie sheet with sides 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
