STIR IN PAN CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
1 c. salad oil

FUDGE FROSTING:

1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 to 2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together the first 5 dry ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients and pour in vanilla and vinegar, water, and salad oil. Stir until all ingredients are combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING: Cook in a saucepan and stir granulated sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, corn syrup and salt. Boil hard for 3 minutes until thick enough to coat spoon. Let cool and then beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
