AUTUMN MACARONI SALAD | |
1 c. chopped celery 4 c. elbow macaroni 1 c. grated carrots 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 green sweet pepper, chopped 2 (1 lb.) cans green peas 2 (12 oz.) cans lunchmeat Dressing of choice Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain and cool. Combine all ingredients, toss lightly, use dressing of your choice. Bleu cheese is a favorite. |
