1 lg. can peaches
1 white cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Melt butter in 9 x 12 inch pan. Add cake mix and whole can of peaches with juice. Stir in with a fork until smooth. Add nuts and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
