CHEDDAR BEER SPREAD | |
1/2 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese Dash of cayenne 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 clove garlic 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. beer Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Mix until very smooth. To store, fill crock and seal. Keep refrigerated several weeks. Serve as cocktail spread. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving. |
