LASAGNA 
1 box lasagna noodles
3 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. jars tomato sauce
Parsley flakes
1 onion, chopped fine
3 pkgs. Mozzarella cheese
2 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
Oregano
1 qt. canned tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of garlic powder

Cook noodles as directed on package, drain. Brown ground beef, drain. Add parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes. Cook in skillet until done, about 1/2 hour.

Take 2 baking dishes, layer with noodles, mixture, both cheeses, continue until dishes are filled. Finish with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. Serves a lot or freeze one dish for later.
