BROWNIE PUDDING 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, the 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add milk, oil and vanilla; stir until smooth. Stir in nuts. Turn into an ungreased 8"x8"x2" baking pan. Combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa powder, gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Pour liquid mixture evenly over batter in pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Serve warm or chilled in individual dessert dishes. Makes 8 servings.
