BROWNIE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c. hot water

Stir together flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, and salt in bowl. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Mix in pecans. Spread batter evenly in greased 8 inch square pan. Combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, and hot water in another bowl and mix well. Gently pour over batter. Bake in 350 degree oven 40 minutes or until top springs back. Serve warm.
