BISHOP'S BREAD 
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. raisins
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs lightly. Gradually add sugar. Sift and add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in vanilla, raisins, and chopped nuts. Pour into a greased and lined 8x12-inch pan. Bake at 375°F for 16 minutes.

Let stand 1 minute. Turn onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Cut into 1x3-inch pieces. When cool, roll each in powdered sugar.
