CHOCOLATE 4-LAYER DREAM 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour
3 c. cold milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
1/4 c. chocolate shavings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, nuts and butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool.

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, Cool Whip. Mix and spread on top of baked portion. Set aside.

Combine instant puddings, 3 cups cold milk. Mix and spread on top for 3rd layer. Spread 1 cup Cool Whip on top of mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and shaved chocolate.
