INDIAN CAULIFLOWER 
1 cauliflower, cut into florets
2 med. onions, chopped
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. chopped ginger root
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. water

Add cumin seeds and onion to hot oil and stir. Cook for several minutes, until onion wilts. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
