“BISCUIT WHEELS” IS IN:

BISCUIT WHEELS 
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons shortening
3/4 cup milk or enough to make a soft dough

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Work the shortening in lightly, then add the milk. Roll out about a half inch thick.

Spread with softened butter; then sprinkle with a mixture of 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and a few nuts and raisins. Cut into small pieces, roll tightly and cut in rings about 1 inch thick.

Bake at 400°F until golden brown.
