BROWN SUGAR CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
1 lb. unsalted butter (4 sticks)
3 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter until smooth. Add sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and beat into above mixture. Add chocolate chips. Drop 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto greased baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 8 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
