BROILED SALMON STEAKS 
2 (10 oz.) salmon steaks
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. light soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 c. lemon juice
Pinch ground cloves

Combine all ingredients except salmon. Mix well and brush over the salmon steaks. Place on a cookie sheet and broil the salmon on both sizes until lightly browned. Do not over cook.
