HUMMINGBIRD CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 c. crushed bananas 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained Combine in large bowl, flour, sugar, soda, salt, bananas, nuts, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, combine pineapple with juice, oil, and eggs. Mix the two well together by hand only. Fold into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes on rack, remove from pan. |
