SANDWICH SPREAD 
4 med. onions
12 green peppers
12 red peppers
9 green tomatoes
1 qt. pickles
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. salt
4 tbsp. flour
1 qt. + 1 pt. mayonnaise
1 pt. vinegar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 sm. jar mustard

Grind green peppers, red peppers, green tomatoes and onions in food processor. Add 1/2 cup salt and let set for 1/2 hour. Strain juice from mixture and add 1 quart of ground up pickles. Then add sugars, vinegar, and celery seed. Cook over medium heat for 1/2 hour. Add flour and mustard. Continue cooking and stirring until thick. Remove from heat and add 1 quart and 1 pint of mayonnaise. Put in pint jars and seal. Makes 7 to 9 pints.
