CREAMY CHOCOLATE FROSTING | |
3 tbsp. butter 3 oz. baking chocolate 3 c. confectioners' sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla (or lemon) Melt butter in small saucepan; add chocolate and stir constantly over very low heat until melted. Pour into small mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients; beat until well blended; chill until spreading consistency (10-15 minutes.) Fills and frosts 8 or 9 inch layer cake or 13 x 9 inch cake. |
