POT ROAST SPAGHETTI 
2-3 lb. roast
1 fresh garlic
1 onion
1 bell pepper
16 oz. whole tomatoes
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2-1 tbsp. Italian seasoning or oregano
Salt & pepper

Chop garlic, onion and bell pepper. Mix with tomatoes and sauce. Add mushrooms and seasonings. Put in crock pot. Add roast. Cook 8 hours on low. Serve over noodles. Serves 6.
