PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 c. shredded zucchini
3 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Beat eggs to blend. Add sugar, oil, and vanilla. Continue beating until thick and foamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple and blend. Sift flour with soda, baking powder, salt, and spices; mix well until blended and add walnuts. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
