CROCK POT BAR - B - QUE RIBS 
3 to 4 lb. beef or pork ribs
1 med. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Bake ribs for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until cooked. Remove meat and discard juice. Put meat in crock pot. Brown onion in butter. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour over meat in crock pot. Cook on high at least 2 hours or until tender.
