TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. leftover turkey, ground
1 1/2 c. leftover stuffing
1 c. turkey gravy
1 egg
1 sm. onion
2 sections green pepper
1 stalk celery
1 sm. carrot

Grind onion, pepper, celery and carrot. Mix with ground leftover turkey. Beat egg and pour over leftover stuffing; mix. Combine ground turkey mixture and stuffing. Warm gravy and mix it into turkey and stuffing mixture. Put in casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 6 servings.
