MEATLOAF DIVIDEND | |
1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. horseradish-mustard 1 loaf long French bread, split lengthwise 16 thin slices baked meat loaf 2 med. tomatoes, sliced 1 pkg. sliced caraway cheese (8 oz.) Mix butter with horseradish-mustard; spread on bread. Layer half of the meat loaf on bottom half of bread. Top with layers of tomato, remaining meat loaf and cheese slices; cover with remaining bread. Wrap loaf in foil. Bake at 400 degrees in hot oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and loaf is heated through. Cut into 8 serving size sandwiches. |
