2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate flavored chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (11 oz.) pkg. peanuts

Note: May substitute 1 package "real" chocolate chip, but cannot use both as "real chips" apparently wax coating in flavored chips allows candy to set up.

Melt chips in the top of a double boiler over hot, but not boiling water. Add peanuts. Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper (or aluminum foil or cookie sheet). Cool and serve.
