CURRY TUNA SALAD 
1 (13 oz.) can tuna, flaked
1 c. drained pineapple chunks
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Curried mayonnaise
Top with additional walnuts, if desired

CURRIED MAYONNAISE:

Blend 3/4 cup mayonnaise with 3/4 teaspoon curry powder and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
