FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream
2 egg whites
30 (approx.) sm. marshmallows
1/3 c. sugar
1 lb. can fruit cocktail, drained
2-3 tbsp. maraschino cherries, chopped
1/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Blend cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice (add lemon juice slowly to prevent curdling). Beat egg whites until foamy, beat in sugar, a tablespoon at a time, until stiff peaks form.

Beat whipping cream until stiff. Fold cream into egg whites. Fold into cheese mixture. Fold in rest of ingredients. Pour into 8 inch square pan or dish. Freeze.
