MEXICAN SANDWICHES 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. (10 to 12 oz.) Longhorn cheese, grated
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (4 oz.) chopped ripe olives
1 can (4 oz.) salsa
2 doz. hard rolls

Brown ground beef and onion together, drain. Add remaining ingredients except rolls. Pinch bread out of center of rolls; fill with the beef mixture. Wrap each roll in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen sandwiches.
