POCO PEPPER SNACKS "MEXICAN FLAVOR" | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. chopped green chilies 2 tbsp. chopped ripe olives 1 tsp. instant minced onion 5 drops Texas Pete hot pepper sauce or Tabasco sauce 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except rolls, blend well. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles. Press perforations to seal. Spread 1/4 of cheese mixture over each rectangle. Starting at long side, roll up each rectangle, jelly roll fashion. Cut each roll into 10 slices. Place cut side down on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees until golden brown. Serve hot. Yield 40 appetizers. |
