PORK TENDERLOIN PARMESAN | |
1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin Bread crumbs Egg Parsley Flour Salt 1 lg. can tomato sauce 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese Oregano Dash garlic Sweet basil Pepper Combine egg, salt and parsley. Beat flour into meat and drench into egg mixture and then in bread crumbs. Brown; place slightly overlapping in shallow baking pan, place slices of cheese over meat. Add oregano, sweet basil (2 teaspoons each), garlic and pepper to tomato sauce and pour over meat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees or longer. Veal or steak can be used as substitutes. |
