PORK TENDERLOIN TERIYAKI | |
4 tbsp. soy sauce 1 clove minced garlic 1/2 tsp. ground pepper 2 tsp. light brown sugar 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloin Combine first 6 ingredients in a jar and shake well. Marinate pork overnight. Grill or broil for 12-15 minutes. Serves 4-6. |
