2 c. (1 pt.) half & half
2 c. (1 pt.) Borden's whipping cream
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. vanilla extract

In large bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Freeze leftovers.

Fresh Fruit Ice Cream: Reduce half & half to 1 cup. Add 1 cup pureed or mashed fruit and few drops of food coloring, if desired.
