MIRANDA'S FAVORITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
1 cup butter flavored Crisco 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine Crisco, sugars, eggs and vanilla; mix well. In separate bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda, mix with fork. Add flour mixture to first mixture, blend well. Add chocolate chips, mixing well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet (or use non-stick cooking spray), about 2-3 inches apart. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Note: I use Air-Bake cookie sheets, and those work best for these cookies. Submitted by: Miranda Pastol |
