HAM AND CORN CUSTARD 
2 c. cooked ground ham
1 c. whole kernel corn (reg. size)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. coarse bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Add salt, pepper, and sugar to corn and put half in a 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with 1/3 of crumbs. Dot with butter and add half of the ham. Use up in this way and last, add eggs and milk; pour over casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes.
