DEVILED ROUND STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
l inch thick
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. beef broth
3 tbsp. steak sauce

Pound salt, pepper, and dry mustard into steak slice (serving size) with meat mallet. Brown meat in melted butter. Add steak sauce and broth. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
