TRIPLE LAYER MUD PIE 
3 sq. Baker's chocolate, melted
1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 Oreo pie crust
1/2 c. toasted pecans (optional)
2 c. cold milk
2 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Mix chocolate and condensed milk until well blended. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with pecans.

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes; beat with wire whip 2 minutes. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of pudding over pecans in crust.

Add 1/2 of the Cool Whip to remaining pudding and stir with wire whip until blended. Spread over pudding in crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate 3 hours.

Makes 10 servings.
